Brigata / legal

Website terms.

Effective August 19, 2026

Scope

These terms govern your use of brigata.dev, a public information and founding-customer inquiry site operated by Turtleback Research Holding Corp. The site is not the Brigata product, a production service, or a software license agreement.

Active-development product

Brigata is under active development. Descriptions on this site explain the intended and currently demonstrated product architecture, but features, packaging, supported environments, and availability may change. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee access, create a customer relationship, reserve pricing, or obligate either party to proceed.

Permitted use

You may browse the site and submit truthful information for a legitimate business inquiry. You may not interfere with the site, probe it for unauthorized access, submit malicious code, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, or use the form for spam or unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

The Brigata name, visual identity, site copy, diagrams, software, and other materials are owned by Turtleback Research or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant a license to the Brigata product or permit use of Turtleback Research trademarks.

No professional advice

The site provides general product information. It is not legal, security, compliance, investment, or other professional advice. Technical claims should be evaluated against your own environment and requirements before making a purchasing or deployment decision.

Availability and warranties

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Turtleback Research does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that early product descriptions will remain unchanged.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turtleback Research will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this public website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy, changes, and contact

Our privacy policy explains how website information is handled. We may update these terms as the site or product evolves. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions may be sent to hello@brigata.dev.
