Our posture
Turtleback Research Holding Corp. operates brigata.dev. We collect only the information needed to respond to founding-customer inquiries, understand whether the site is useful, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, run behavioral advertising, or use advertising cookies.
Information we collect
Information you provide
The early-access form may collect your name, email address, role, project description, current coordination problem, and optional team or repository scale. Email conversations may contain additional information you choose to provide.
Privacy-safe website events
We record a small set of first-party events such as page views, early-access clicks, form starts, successful submissions, and whether a visitor reached 75 percent of a page. These records contain the page path, event name, a short source label, and time. They do not contain a cookie identifier, advertising identifier, or IP address in the analytics table.
Infrastructure metadata
AWS and ordinary network infrastructure may temporarily process request metadata such as IP address, browser information, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Turtleback Research does not copy IP addresses into the inquiry or analytics records described above.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate founding-customer fit.
- Arrange technical conversations and onboarding when mutually agreed.
- Understand which public explanations and calls to action are useful.
- Protect the site, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.
Service providers and disclosure
We use Amazon Web Services to host the site, process the form, store records, and send inquiry notifications. We use Microsoft 365 to receive and respond to email. These providers process information under their own contractual and security obligations. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
Anonymous website-event records expire automatically after 90 days. Application logs are configured for 30-day retention. Inquiry records are retained while we evaluate or maintain a business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for operational, legal, and security needs. Inquiry storage is encrypted at rest and protected by least-privilege AWS access controls.
Your choices
You can use the public site without submitting the form. To request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, or to ask a privacy question, email hello@brigata.dev. Depending on your location, additional legal rights may apply.
Children and changes
Brigata is a business software product and the site is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product and site evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
